The Student Union of Government Nursing College Kokrajhar actively organizes a wide variety of events throughout the year, fostering an environment of celebration, awareness, and competitive spirit.

December 2024 • 4-Day Mega Event
A massive four-day event featuring various competitions. A special "Best Performer" prize was awarded to the student who won the most prizes across all events. Teachers were also included with their own musical chair and needle events.

Themed "Enchanted Nova," this event welcomed the 1st-semester students. It featured cultural performances, ramp walks, and a Q&A round to crown "Miss Fresher 2024".

Students organized a respectful tribute featuring traditional Bodo and Hindi dances, speeches, cake-cutting, and gift distribution to faculty.

Celebrating the college's inception with prayer songs, motivating speeches, and a communal cake-cutting ceremony.

Workshop on Project BAALA

Specialized workshop educating students on menstrual hygiene and the benefits of reusable cotton pads known as "BAALA Pads".

Participated in the All Bodo Students Union Science Exhibition, using 3D models to demonstrate disease awareness and guiding youths interested in nursing.

Active participation in Independence Day and Republic Day flag-hoisting ceremonies, singing the national anthem, and performing patriotic group songs.

Active observance conducting large-scale tree plantation drives on campus, with themes like "Land Restoration" and "Beat Plastic Pollution".

Anti-Ragging Program

Mock Drill on Fire Safety

Organized with Fire and Emergency Services to learn grade classification, prevention methods, and hands-on fire extinguisher demonstrations.
